The LEAD Workflow

Once the agent has created a new LEAD for a given “Customer” and assigned it to an agent or himself, he can either:

· log a Contact attempt,

· log a Reached to ensure you are recording the necessary follow-ups, and/or

· schedule a Viewing appointment.

You can easily schedule Viewings across multiple Customers & Property Listings which appear on your dashboard calendar up till a week ahead, thus avoiding appointment clashes and accessing critical information at your fingertips on your PC and Smart Phone when you are on the move. Once the Deal is closed, you can record the Transaction Information (gross sales, commission, commission sharing with broker and/or other parties, whether it is collected or not, etc.) that can be used in reporting.
